Our Returns Policy

Step 2: Pack Securely

Ensure your items are packed in their original, unopened packaging. Include all tags and labels. We recommend using a sturdy box to protect your newborn's delicate items during transit.

Step 3: Dispatch

Once your return is processed, we will provide a return shipping label. Please use this label to send your items to our UK warehouse. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return journey.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for unused items in their original, unopened packaging. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is not in a saleable condition.
